Now this is really great coloring. Especially panel 3 where the interior of the ambulance is the same color which implies that everything there is not that important (Ed, Edd and Eddy did something similar to this and it worked well too.)

isn’t there supposed to be handrail and some grass near that walkway she is on?

I noticed those elements in the page where the old lady has fallen and the EMT’s find her.
